Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Mobile Financial Services in North America. This hybrid role requires onsite presence approximately three days a week across multiple U.S. cities and reports to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas.

You will drive new business, open accounts, and close complex, high-value deals, building strategic partnerships with financial institutions and fintech players. Relocation is not offered.

Formación

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or payments.
• Experience selling Mobile Financial Services and digital payments ecosystems.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Proven success closing complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Generate net-new business across USA targets through proactive outreach and pipeline creation.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Develop business cases and value narratives to articulate outcomes.
• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders in financial and tech functions.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management and CRM accuracy.
• Ensure activities align with Doing Business Responsibly framework.
