Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years in sales/marketing/business development in A/E/C or real estate.
• Strong proposal/writing, communication, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure business opportunities by cultivating client relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to support business development.
• Prepare compliant, persuasive proposals and qualification packages.
• Track activities with quantifiable metrics to measure success.
• Collaborate with project managers to align opportunities with ongoing work.
