Qualifications

• 8+ years of federal business development experience selling into DoD/DoW or combatant commands.
• Proven quota attainment and pipeline ownership.
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition process and DoW contract vehicles.
• Established relationships across combatant commands or geospatial customers.
• Experience at startups or smaller companies with strong track records.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline development across the combatant commands and the DoW enterprise.
• Engage operational and theater customers to shape geospatial requirements and competitive positioning.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline with accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.
• Run early-stage capture across COCOM and department-level pursuits.
• Develop account plans aligned to combatant command priorities and DoW enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales engineering and proposal teams to advance qualified pursuits.
