Job summary

HII’s Mission Technologies division seeks a Senior Business Developer for its All Domain Operations group. The role can be remote and focuses on BD, capture management, and market intelligence across DoD and federal customers.

You will design capture plans, support proposals, and engage customers to shape opportunities and win prime contracts over $50M. This senior position requires deep DoD program knowledge, strong relationships with senior customer leadership, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Five or more years of BD or Capture Management experience in defense or federal markets.
• Ability to develop long-term opportunity positioning and robust pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel as required to develop pipelines and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement BD projects for professional services.
• Market and assess product/service opportunities and feasibility.
• Perform economic analyses and coordinate with internal departments.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customers to determine needs.
