Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking an experienced industrial B2B sales leader to drive growth for the Linear Motion Division. You will develop growth strategies for strategic accounts, balance loyalty with hunting for new business, and communicate effectively with senior leaders.

The role requires close collaboration with product development, marketing, engineering, finance, and leadership to outpace market growth and achieve annual goals. Travel up to 50-70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 10 years' experience in related product sales to Tier I or Prime customers.
• Experience in sales, product, engineering, or marketing management.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to build executive level relationships.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Go-to-market strategy and sales plan experience.
• Proven track record of profitable growth.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel; CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annually 3-year growth strategies and annual growth goals for identified strategic accounts.
• Drive revenue growth on new designs and/or share gain on existing designs at assigned direct OEMs or End Users.
• Promote value propositions to meet customer needs and communicate features, benefits, and advantages.
• Gather account information, identify decision-makers, understand challenges, and prioritize opportunities.
• Establish relationships with senior leadership and internal teams; manage cross-functional execution.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to execute strategy.
• Represent company at trade shows, association meetings and other industry events.
