Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a small design team and drive the integration, design, and development of brake and clutch products. You will oversee GD&T, 3D CAD work, and FEA analysis while aligning with RBS standards and cross-functional partners.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record in industrial product development. Occasional domestic travel up to 10% is expected as part of customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in product or process development for industrial products.
• Strong hands-on approach to build, develop, and troubleshoot products and processes.
• Ability to read/interpret manufacturing drawings, manuals, safety rules, and regs.
• Excellent communication and ability to present information clearly.
• Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2-5 design and project engineers.
• Provide technical leadership in electromechanical brake product portfolio.
• Lead VAVE initiatives and product improvements.
• Prepare customer reports on verification/validation results.
• Collaborate with customers on new applications and custom designs.
