Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Strategic Account Manager to accelerate sales growth within its Linear Motion division. You will define and execute sales strategies, manage key OEM relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to outperform market benchmarks. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, CRM tools, and executive communication is essential.

The role supports travel up to 50%, involves negotiating contracts, and building a robust go-to-market plan to drive revenue and design wins across US accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in large account management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in sales, product, engineering or marketing management.
• Ability to build executive level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales targets with accurate sales forecasts.
• Drive revenue growth on new designs and share gain with OEMs.
• Lead Voice of the Customer to support strategy and product roadmaps.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and standard work for sales processes.
