Job summary
TalentsToday is seeking an ambitious Business Development Lead (Software Services) to own the full sales cycle and drive growth in software outsourcing. You will work directly with the founders to shape GTM strategy, define ICPs, pricing, and messaging, and build a scalable commercial engine with delivery partnerships.

Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience selling software outsourcing, nearshore, or custom product engineering services.
- Strong network in UK/EU/US tech leadership circles (CTOs, product & engineering leaders).
- Mastery of consultative selling and structuring deals (T&M, dedicated teams, fixed-scope).
- Track record of consistent quota attainment and closing complex, multi-stakeholder service deals.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle sales engine from prospecting to close.
- Shape commercial strategy: ICP, messaging, pricing, positioning with marketing.
- Partner with delivery to craft credible estimates, roadmaps, and SOWs.
- Build for scale: CRM forecasting, partner channels, and hire/mentor BD & pre-sales team.
