Placements24 seeks a highly motivated Remote Business Development & Recruitment Manager to drive growth and lead recruitment delivery for key accounts. You will identify new client opportunities, nurture relationships, and manage a remote team to achieve targets across South Africa and beyond.

The role combines strategic BD with hands-on recruitment leadership, leveraging global resources and market knowledge to deliver top talent and expand service offerings in a dynamic, virtual work

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment with strong business development and client mgmt.
• Proven track record in generating and closing new business in staffing/recruitment.
• Experience leading recruitment teams, preferably remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand market share.
• Identify opportunities within target industries and regions, including Northern Cape.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for client mandates.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote team of recruitment professionals.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and new services.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs with clients.
• Provide expert recruitment solutions and act as a trusted partner.
