Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for HVAC to own large multi-location deals from the first meeting through signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota and a remote setup across the USA or Canada. No direct reports and a focus on strategic groups.

You will handle full-cycle sales, engaging owners and regional operators, expanding locations and services as deals close. Inbound and SDRs feed qualified meetings to you for closing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsabilités

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: sign more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals.
