RBW Consulting is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Business Development for a premier CRO. This remote, work-from-home role targets West Coast biotech clients, driving new business and expanding key accounts.

As an individual sales contributor, you will build pipelines, secure opportunities, and lead proposals with internal teams. A hunter mindset and a proven biotech BD track record are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Formación

• Experience selling CRO services to biotech companies.
• Proven track record in new business development.
• Remote sales experience in the US West region.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed sales targets and develop BD strategies.
• Prospect and build a pipeline of opportunities and RFPs.
• Use Salesforce to track activities and opportunities.
• Lead and manage the sales process for leads.
• Drive proposals with budget and timelines aligned to client.
• Identify market niches and advise marketing on strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to set sales targets and plans.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and attend conferences/trade shows.
