Job summary

A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Director of Business Development to focus on expanding partnerships in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. This fully remote position requires proven experience in business development, particularly in Phase I and II clinical trials. Responsibilities include driving new opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams. Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• Demonstrated success selling clinical research services in Phase I and/or Phase II.
• Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and CRO service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and manage the full sales cycle.
