Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Management.
• 8+ years sales/business development experience, including 3 years in healthcare or life sciences.
• US remote with up to 10% travel.
• Strong organizational, planning, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities.
• Secure and retain business through consultative, proactive sales activities with decision-makers.
• Establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and understand customer organizations.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activities and adjust positioning/pricing accordingly.
• Identify opportunities and propose strategies/solutions to customers.
• Build and sustain a robust pipeline and accelerate opportunities to close.
• Prepare for and lead client pursuit meetings and document outcomes.
• Update Salesforce and pipeline dashboards weekly.
