Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Business Development Director for Safety & Regulatory Solutions to drive revenue across the U.S. market.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while coordinating with SMEs to deliver integrated software and service solutions. Ideal candidates have 6+ years selling professional services to life sciences organizations, experience selling to senior executives, and a strong track record in high-velocity environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful sales of professional services to Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device/CROs.
• Proven track record working with senior management in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Full sales cycle experience: Prospect, Identify Opportunities, Propose Solutions, Negotiate, Close.
• Strong written and verbal English with proposal writing/management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; reside in the US.

Responsibilities

• Prospect accounts focusing on Safety and Regulatory products and services.
• Identify and develop new accounts and nurture existing leads.
• Build relationships with key target accounts and manage assigned accounts.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes and negotiate terms for programs/projects.
• Collaborate with SMEs to deliver full software and service solutions.
• Expand product portfolio within the Safety and Regulatory market.
• Stay current with changing regulatory guidelines affecting the industry.
