Job summary

IQVIA’s Provider and Patient Association Business Segment is seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Business Development Director with proven technology, data, and analytics experience to position a portfolio of registry technology and development of clinical decision support solutions and value-based care models.

This individual contributor role requires identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, developing proposals, and closing deals with medical specialty societies, leveraging IQVIA

Qualifications

• 8+ years sales/business development experience in healthcare/life sciences.
• 3+ years in medical specialty societies, registries or value-based care.
• US remote with travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales through virtual and in-person outreach.
• Secure and retain business with decision-makers through consultative activities.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for target accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and understand customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify competitive activities and position pricing accordingly.
• Lead contract processes with legal and manage CRM updates.
• Collaborate with operations to tailor sales approaches and presentations.
