Acloché LLC in Morristown, NJ seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth with Fortune 1000 clients. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and a track record of stable employment in senior sales.
You will lead account-entry strategies, run prospecting campaigns, and partner with subject-matter experts to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives. Compensation is highly leveraged with base salary plus commissions and a year-end bonus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
- Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
- Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
- Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
- History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
- Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
