Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Wilmington, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its center-based ABA program. You will manage a sustainable caseload, provide supervision, and work with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical quality and strong operational support, with an emphasis on clinician growth, ongoing development, and ethical, trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
• Current CPR & First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols to support individualized outcomes
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations
• Maintain timely, accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation in line with state, funder, and ethical requirements
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success
