Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead clinical quality in a center-based, in-person setting at our Winston-Salem location. You will manage sustainable caseloads and collaborate with a dedicated operations and clinical leadership team to ensure meaningful client outcomes.

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $102,000 DOE with an optional retention bonus up to $5,000 and quarterly bonus opportunities up to $26,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification with 3+ years as BCBA preferred for senior level.
• Experience directly supporting individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration according to medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Ensure timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state and funder requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings for long-term success.
