Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide high-quality, center-based ABA services. The role focuses on sustainable caseloads, clinician well-being, and strong operational support to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism/early intervention populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols as needed.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation in compliance with state and funder requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
