Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services at our Winston-Salem center. You will manage clinically appropriate caseloads and drive outcomes with robust supervision, documentation, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Certified as a BCBA for 3+ years to qualify for senior level.
• Minimum 3 years BCBA experience with autism.
• CPR & First Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
