Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services in a center-based setting. You will manage sustainable caseloads, receive strong operational support, and pursue clinician growth.

The role offers a base salary range of $80,000–$90,000 with potential bonuses and retention incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities. In-person, center-based work with daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• Experience with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong collaboration and supervision skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized outcomes
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations
• Maintain timely, accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success
