Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and 3+ years experience with autism.
• CPR & First Aid certification, active status.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Ensure timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

BCBA certification (active)

3+ years BCBA experience with autism

Current CPR & First Aid certification

Supervision of RBTs and clinical teams

Collaboration, mentorship, coaching

Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation

BCBA licensure (LBA) per state requirements
