Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Senior BCBA to join our center-based program. We offer dedicated clinical leadership, sustainable caseloads, and comprehensive operational support so BCBAs can focus on meaningful client outcomes.

This full-time, in-person role provides a base salary of $90,000–$102,000 with quarterly bonuses up to $26,000 and a retention incentive up to $10,000. Relocation or sign-on considerations may be discussed for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification via the BACB is required.
• Minimum of 3 years as a BCBA working with autism.
• CPR & First Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols as needed.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

BCBA certification (BACB)

Certified as a BCBA for 3+ years

CPR & First Aid certification
