Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior BCBA in Fayetteville, NC for a center-based, full-time, in-person role with a substantial base salary and bonus potential. The role requires a Master's degree in ABA or related field, active BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of BCBA experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• BCBA for 3+ years to be eligible for this senior level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
