Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• LBA license in Texas or in process.
• Experience developing and implementing client programs in ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering services.
• Utilize data collection software to track and report client progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
