Job summary

ACES is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to design and implement customized ABA programs for children with autism. You will collaborate with families and a clinical team to ensure top-quality care, while mentoring Behavior Technicians and tracking progress with data-driven reports.

The role emphasizes leadership, ongoing professional development, and working within a dynamic, supportive environment across multiple locations in the ACES network.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; valid credential.
• LBA license in North Carolina or in process of obtaining licensure.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Leadership skills with ability to train and supervise entry-level staff.
• Must pass criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child's needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Utilize data collection software to track progress and update reports.
