Job summary

ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is seeking a BCaBA to design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will work closely with families and a clinical team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care delivered across homes and centers.

In this role, you will supervise Behavior Technicians, collect and analyze progress data, and contribute to ongoing clinical development through in-house CEUs and collaboration with Regional Directors.

Qualifications

• BCaBA credential required.
• Experience designing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Ability to mentor Behavior Technicians and supervise field staff.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to maintain high care standards.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering services.
• Utilize data collection tools to track client progress and adjust plans.
