Job summary

ACES in Texas seeks BCBA-qualified clinicians to design and supervise tailored ABA programs for children with autism, delivering services across homes, centers, and schools in the El Paso area.

You will mentor Behavior Technicians, track progress with data-driven reporting, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and contribute to ongoing service excellence across ACES’ expanding network.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active in Texas.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas or in the process of licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Use data collection software to track client progress.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
