ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is hiring for a BCaBA to craft tailored ABA programs and support children with autism across homes, centers, and schools. You will collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure top-tier care and guide Behavior Technicians in delivering services.

You will leverage data-driven approaches, track progress with advanced software, and work with a dynamic team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing client programs.
• Leadership skills with ability to train and support entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child's needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver services.
• Utilize data collection software to track progress and update reports.
