Job summary

ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to design and oversee ABA programs for children with autism. You will collaborate with families and other clinicians to ensure consistent, evidence-based care and lead a team of Behavior Technicians.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress tracking, ongoing supervision, and strong alignment with our mission to improve outcomes for families we serve.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or in licensure process.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Leadership skills with ability to train and supervise entry-level staff.
• Compliance: criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
• Passion for enhancing quality of life for individuals with autism and their families.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
