We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and must be current.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (NC) or in process of licensure.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA client programs.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and supervise staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations compliance.
• Passion for improving quality of life for individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure care quality.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Use data collection software to track progress.
• Work with cross-functional team to fulfill ACES mission.
