Job summary

ACES ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA with NC licensure or in progress to lead tailored ABA programs across settings. You will mentor technicians, collaborate with families and clinicians, and drive data-driven progress reporting to ensure high-quality outcomes for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina or in process.
• Proven ability to develop and implement client ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver direct services.
• Utilize data collection tools to track progress and update reports.
