This role focuses on designing, implementing, and guiding ABA programs in a collaborative environment across homes, centers, schools, and communities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed or in process to become LBA in Texas.
• Proven experience developing and implementing ABA client programs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship of staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child's needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Use data collection software to track client progress and adjust plans.
• Work with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
