Job summary

Lehigh University invites qualified BCBA professionals to join its Autism Services program in a leadership role. You will design and supervise ABA interventions for clients with autism, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with families and school partners.

The position requires a BCBA credential, a master's degree, 3–5 years of related experience, and a commitment to BACB standards. Some evenings or weekends may be required to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credential and PA Behavior Specialist credential in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs or paraprofessionals in ABA practice.
• Strong communication skills for translating clinical guidance to families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients with ASD.
• Monitor and evaluate interventions; adjust plans based on data.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and external providers for cohesive care.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Provide supervision and oversight to RBTs; train caregivers and teachers.
• Maintain clinical documentation per BACB standards.
• Report progress to LUAS Director and Clinical Director.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement of the university program.
