Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in onboarding process.
• Criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical, immunities to MMR/VZV required on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians with high fidelity to treatment plans.
• Develop ABA programs, conduct FBAs, and provide parent education.
• Stay calm and adaptable in challenging situations and promote collaborative learning.
