Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. seeks a licensed BCBA to lead therapy programs for children and teens with autism. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with schools to ensure coordinated care across settings.

Applicants should hold a Master's in ABA, a current BCBA certification, and at least one year of BCBA/ABA experience. In-person duties across clinic, home, and school sites are required.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field (required).
• An active BCBA certification and license (required).
• One or more years of experience as a BCBA (preferred).
• One or more years of experience in ABA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Behavior Technicians in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and maintain client programs, conduct data analysis, and adjust plans as needed.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments, including FBAs and functional analyses.
• Provide 1:1 therapy and BACB-compliant supervision with meticulous record-keeping.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to coordinate care.
