Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver therapy to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. You will mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with specialists, and manage caseloads to drive meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes clinical supervision, data-driven program development, and coordinated care across settings, with ongoing professional development and strong adherence to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA is required.
• Active BCBA certification and license are required.
• One+ year experience as a BCBA is preferred.
• Ability to work in person across clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and update client programs and FBAs/FTAs as needed.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions when required.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
