Job summary

Lehigh University’s Autism Services program is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who will design and supervise treatment for clients with autism spectrum disorders. You will mentor clinicians, ensure data-driven plans, and coordinate care with families and educators.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Three to five years of work-related experience.
  • One to three years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Three to five years experience working with children with autism.
  • Active BCBA credential and PA Behavior Specialist credential in good standing.
  • Proven ability to supervise and train RBTs or paraprofessionals in ABA.
  • Strong communication skills for translating clinical guidance to families and teams.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice in BACB standards.
  • Flexibility with evenings/weekends as schedule requires.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients diagnosed with ASD.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions; adjust plans based on data.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and external providers to ensure cohesive care.
  • Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care across stakeholders.
  • Provide supervision to RBTs and paraprofessionals in ABA practice.
  • Deliver training to RBTs, caregivers, and teachers on behavior strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation per BACB standards and program requirements.
  • Report client progress and outcomes to program leadership.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement of Lehigh's autism services.
