Job summary

Academy ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and oversee behavioral support for clients with ASD. You will collaborate with speech, OT, and PT teams, train instructional staff, and monitor progress with data collection and updates to plans.

The BCBA will mentor RBTs/BTs, conduct parent training, and ensure high clinical quality with oversight from leadership. A strong BACB standing and CEU maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Currently certified BCBA with BACB
• Maintain CEU requirements & annual recertification
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess clients using standardized tools and develop behavior plans
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and educate families
• Maintain accurate medical and progress notes in records
• Conduct parent training sessions and supervise staff
• Provide mentorship and supervision to RBTs and BTs
• Collect data and adjust programs based on progress
