Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and active BCBA credential.
• PA Behavior Specialist credential in good standing.
• Three to five years of experience with autism and supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients diagnosed with ASD.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions and adjust plans as data indicates.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and external providers for cohesive care.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care across stakeholders.
• Provide supervision and direct oversight to RBTs.
• Deliver training to RBTs, caregivers, and teachers in intervention strategies.
• Maintain clinical documentation per BACB standards and program requirements.
• Report client progress to LUAS Director and Clinical Director.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement of Lehigh's university-based autism services.
