Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients diagnosed with ASD.
• Monitor and evaluate interventions; adjust plans based on data.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and providers.
• Lead treatment team meetings and supervise RBTs.
• Provide training to RBTs, caregivers, and teachers.
• Maintain clinical documentation per BACB standards.
• Report progress to LUAS Director and Clinical Director.
• Contribute to ongoing program quality improvements.
