Job summary

Lehigh University's Autism Services program seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical care for individuals with autism and mentor RBTs. Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Three to five years of work related experience.
  • One to three years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Three to five years experience working with children with autism.
  • Active BCBA credential and PA Behavior Specialist credential in good standing.
  • Proven ability to supervise and train RBTs or paraprofessionals in ABA practice.
  • Strong communication skills for translating clinical guidance to families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice aligned with BACB standards.
  • Flexibility; May include evening and weekend hours, depending on service schedule and client/family availability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients diagnosed with ASD.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions, adjusting plans as clinical data indicates.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and external service providers to ensure cohesive, client-centered care.
  • Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care across all stakeholders involved in a client's program.
  • Provide structured supervision and direct oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Deliver training to RBTs, caregivers, and teachers in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards and program requirements.
  • Report on client progress and program outcomes to the LUAS Director and Clinical Director.
  • Contribute to the ongoing quality improvement of Lehigh's university-based autism services program.
