Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is hiring a BCBA for a hybrid role to lead assessments and develop behavior plans for children and adolescents with autism. You will train staff, coordinate with families, and ensure compliance and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA with BCBA certification and at least two years’ experience in autism services. This position offers growth, a supportive clinical team, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification and state credentials required.
• Minimum two years experience with children/young adults with autism preferred.
• Leadership experience and ability to coordinate with families, staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and ongoing assessment of skills/needs for each client.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide regular staff training, supervision and feedback.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training for open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and compliances.
• Identify clients needing additional supports (high risk, social groups, family support).
• Mentor staff, engage teams and foster a positive culture.
• Maintain licensure, certification and CPR/required trainings.
