Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a BCBA who will supervise RBTs, develop individualized ABA plans, and collaborate with families and professionals. You will lead assessments, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality behavioral interventions across centers.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master's degree in a related field, and commitment to HIPAA and ethical practice. Travel to local centers is possible; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and supervision experience required.
• Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• CEU for supervision requirements and HIPAA/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to RBTs.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on treatment plans and data collection.
• Review and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Conduct FBAs and intake assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS).
• Schedule and participate in meetings with CIO and staff.
