Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead supervision of RBTs and supervise ABA-based treatment plans for children with autism. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, related services, and other agencies to implement comprehensive behavioral supports.

Ideal candidates have BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field, with prior supervision experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and maintained in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a related field with behavioral health focus.
• Experience supervising students or staff in ABA settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to RBTs and supervise treatment plans.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA principles.
• Train staff on client-specific behavior plans and data review.
• Review data weekly to ensure treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Conduct FBAs and coordinate with CI/CT leadership for progress.
