Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead supervision of RBTs, develop child-specific ABA plans, and collaborate with families and related services providers. The role emphasizes data-driven reviews and ongoing professional development.

Applicants should have a BACB-registered BCBA credential and a Master’s degree in a related field, with strong supervision experience in autism services. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and ongoing professional development.
• Master’s degree in related field as specified in job post.
• Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
• Experience with supervising staff and working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on client-specific treatment plans.
• Review data weekly to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Modify programs as clients progress or master skills.
• Conduct FBAs and functional assessments as needed.
• Attend bi-weekly BCBA group meetings and monthly 1:1 meetings with CIO.
• Maintain CEU knowledge and participate in CEU events.
• Assist Senior BCBAs and with BCBA training and development.
