Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral treatment plans for clients with ASD. You will supervise RBTs, train staff, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality care across in‑center and outreach settings.

Candidates should hold BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field, with experience supervising staff and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and credentialing as a supervisor.
• Experience supervising students and RBTs.
• Ability to travel up to 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to RBTs working with clients.
• Develop child-specific ABA behavior plans.
• Train staff on behavior treatment plans.
• Conduct weekly data reviews to ensure effectiveness.
