Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to plan, monitor, and optimize ABA treatment plans implemented by RBTs for children with ASD and related challenges. The role collaborates with families, schools, and service providers to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.

The position emphasizes supervision, curriculum development, data-driven decision making, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in related field (special education, psychology, or equivalent).
• Experience supervising RBTs and teams; strong ethics and data-driven practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Develop child-specific ABA-based behavior plans.
• Train staff on client-specific treatment plans.
• Review data weekly to ensure effectiveness of treatment.
• Adjust programs as progress dictates and update treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs and functional assessments as needed.
• Attend bi-weekly BCBA group meetings and monthly 1:1 with CIO.
• Support senior BCBAs and participate in student analyst and social skills programs.
