Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care for a diverse caseload across multiple locations. You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with BACB-aligned coursework.
• Active BCBA certification or eligibility with imminent exam date.
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure promptly.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality clinical care with comprehensive behavioral assessments and data-driven treatment plans for each client.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and staff.
• Continuously analyze client progress data and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with caregivers to build engagement and educate for consistent ABA implementation.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing clinical environment with Bloomwell teammates.
