Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring BCBA candidates across several locations. You will lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care for clients, performing comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans using data-driven approaches.

You will also supervise RBTs, analyze progress data, and adjust plans to maximize outcomes. This role offers a strong growth path, generous benefits, and a focus on meaningful impact for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with BACB coursework.
• Active BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure promptly.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care by conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans for all clients on your caseload.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and support staff.
• Continuously analyze client progress data, making timely adjustments to treatment plans.
• Partner with caregivers to build engagement, provide education, and empower consistent implementation of ABA strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to foster an inclusive, high-performing clinical environment.
